Breast Enlargement Before & After Photos

Back | Photo Gallery Home

Case Number: 5

BEFORE   AFTER

This woman desired a plastic surgery procedure in Maryland that would enhance her breasts' volume and give them a smoother contour and better definition. As seen in her pre-operative photograph, her breasts seem flat and almost concave because they lack volume. As a result, they appear disproportionate with the rest of her body. In an effort to better understand her options to correct this problem, she consulted with Dr. Kress. Together they created a surgical plan for breast enlargement to give her breasts the smooth, round contour she desired, while striving to maintain a natural look.

Dr. Kress provides both silicone and saline implant options for breast enlargement. Traditional saline implants are filled with a sterile saltwater solution, while silicone implants are filled with a specially developed gel that feels and moves much like natural breast tissue. Dr. Kress educates patients on the characteristics of each implant type so they can make informed choices for their bodies.

As is obvious in this patient's post-operative photo, Dr. Kress has significantly increased her breast size and enhanced her breast shape. Dr. Kress' techniques have retained the natural appearance that most patients want. Her incision scars are healing beautifully, and will continue to become paler and less visible over the next few months. This woman is very happy with the results of her Maryland breast enhancement.
